It is best to connect your saw to a dust extraction system as this will prevent dust from becoming airborne. Once the saw is mounted, it’s time to make some dust collection provisions. If the saw wobbles more than a fraction of an inch, check the mounting points and modify the screws as necessary. Make sure to test the saw’s stability by gently tapping the front and back of the saw. The Dewalt table saw should now be securely mounted to the stand. Make sure the screws and bolts are securely tightened but not so tightly that the holes in the saw become distorted. Using the screws and bolts included with your Dewalt table saw, secure the saw to the stand. Make sure the mounting holes are directly above the legs of the stand. Next, locate the mounting holes on the bottom of the saw. Consider adding a length of plywood or an adhesive non-slip mat to the top of the stand for extra stability. The first thing to do is to assemble the stand, making sure all of the pieces are securely in place. Mounting a Dewalt table saw to a stand can be done relatively quickly with some basic tools.
